The karkhana is open to visitors by appointment — the looms working, the silks in hand, tea on the roof. If Banaras is far, we bring the drape to you on a video call.

Service
Shipping & duties
Worldwide, fully insured, duties prepaid — the price you see is the price at the door. Ready-to-ship pieces leave the karkhana within 3 working days; made-to-order pieces ship the week they come off the loom.
Returns
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned unworn within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order weaves are woven for you alone and are not returnable — which is why we offer a drape viewing before the loom starts.
Care of your saree
Dry clean only, with a cleaner who knows zari. Rest the saree folded in soft muslin, never plastic, and refold along fresh lines each season so the zari does not crease in one place.
